The ultimate intermediate mountaineering course and expedition management training challenging you to push your limits and reach new heights.

During the course you will learn and put to practice everything from foundational alpine skills through to advanced rope work and high altitude climbing - gaining essential expedition management, summit strategies and technical skills.

6 weeks of trekking and climbing in Nepal, the course leads us to the summit of 3 Himalayan peaks over 6000 meters.

 

After passing the course you will have the knowledge and experience required to lead your own successful expeditions.

LOCATIONS:

Annapurna Mountain Range, 

SUMMIT's Training Base:

The Royal Beach Camp.

DURATION:      

6 weeks in Nepal.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Passion for mountaineering & exploration.

  • Excellent stamina and physical health.

  • Willingness to learn from & share with others.

  • Proof of a basic mountaineering course with reputable organisation.

  • Experience on multi-day mountain expeditions.

  • Previous altitude experience, reaching at least 5000 m.

  • Wilderness First Aid qualification recommended.

  • Minimum age 21 years.

COURSE FEE:

The fee covers permits and national park fees, technical - and group equipment, instructors, support team, as well as, transportation, accommodation and food in Nepal.
